Cancellation Policy

By booking a consultation with Buttahfly Graphics, you agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Payments All consultation payments are non-refundable and apply solely to the scheduled consultation call. Payments do not go toward future services or projects.

2. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their scheduled consultation without any prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible to book future consultations with Buttahfly Graphics. All consultations are conducted virtually via Zoom, as specified at booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy • Clients are allowed a one-time reschedule of their consultation. • You must notify us at least 3 hours in advance to reschedule. • Reschedule requests made less than 3 hours before the appointment will not be accommodated, and your consultation will be forfeited without refund.

4. Final Sales All consultation bookings are final sale. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, cancellations made outside the rescheduling window, or failure to meet the policy requirements.
